In the center of the city, at the northeast end of Siam Street, is "L'Hôtel
de ville de Brest" or Brest City Hall. Above this modern
municipal building flies the French flag, but here, at a lover level, we see
the Flag of Brittany proudly flying. We find the exhibition just inside
the main entrance which overlooks the "Place
de la Liberté" (Liberty Square).
