Across the road from the "White House" bar and restaurant
we find what is called "Le
petit port de Maison-Blanche". This little port area is lined with
what appears to be "favela"-like squatter's huts but very clean and
colorfully painted. Restrooms and a public boat launch ramp is also
provided. With its pebble beach lined view of the submarine pen and
breakwater, we wonder if this could have been the location of H.S. Wheeler's
dive captured in his photo #035..? To access one of Patrick's panoramas
