This through-the-security-fence photo shows the northeast end of the huge
concrete submarine pen structure. We also see the Portzic lighthouse in
the far distance (right). Just this side of the of the sub pen would most
likely have been the location of the US Navy seaplane hangars [UNDER
CONSTRUCTION & BACK VIEW COMPLETED].
