Now across the bridge and farther down stream, we look back for this little scenario and the sun gets a little higher and begins to illuminate certain angles of the skyline here.  We learn that this bridge connects 2 separate Breton provinces that are separated by this river.  Here is another online photo with better afternoon lighting.
