7th_Europe_Report -- Coming out on the sea side of the fortress, we get a good view of the sea, sailboats and "Petit Bé", which we learn is a tidal island with a small fort built in the 1600's as part of a defensive system to keep the British and Dutch fleets away from Saint-Malo.
