7th_Europe_Report -- And here we are, with daylight still. Such a good driver we had. This is where we will stay
in this "gite" (cottage) for the next 6 nights in the 2 story, 2 bedroom apartment which is the right half of this restored farm building. The "Relais de Roscarven" is located off the busy highways in this rural setting close to the town of Gousnou, a northern
suburb of Brest. While on a quiet lane with little traffic, it was under the regional airport's flight path. Luckily this not an overly busy airport, at least at night. We were never disturbed from sleep, but we could hear some of the early morning flights as we
got up to start our days in this far, far western part of France.
