6th_Europe_Report -- Within view of St. Michel's, we have rooms at this great little hotel and restaurant.  Karen found this place for us and it was perfect.  We had fine meals of local lamb and seafood.  They advertised "pre-salted" lamb.  We think that had to do with the fact that they grazed on fields that were somehow influenced by the tidal waters.-- hence the salt.
