3rd_Europe_Report -- Taking the advice of the Tourist Center, we catch city bus #3 which goes around the back side of the hill and lets us off in a residential area high above the city. We find our way to the Citadel grounds and come upon this elegant restaurant: Chateau de Namur: Restaurant l'Ermitage.
