In
the center here at the Hotel's front desk is Arthur who is the hotel's "go
to" guy to help guests with technical problems. Have difficulty
connecting your laptop to their WiFi?, he is there to help. If he can't
fix any problem, he knows where to go. Our laptop had some serious problems - NO
PROBLEM - Arthur takes us and our 'puter around the corner to a computer shop
where a young technician had the problem solved in minutes. Arthur also
arranged for some fast service getting our Thai visa. Thanks "King
Arthur."
