2008_12_08-train-BKK&north -- Just as we get seated, Peg notices an interesting coincidence. Just a couple of days previously she took a spill on the bicycle and hit her cheek. In addition to some hurt pride and a momentary scare, she did get a bruise on her face. Yupadee, as usual, had a good remedy at hand - a tube of “Hirudoid” which not only felt good, it purports to aid healing. This was the advertising poster she just
happened to sit under. Keith tries several shots, but none show the fading bruise well. The remedy must have worked.
