05a_BanPong_Nov-Dec2008 -- Like Jing, Yupadee is very familiar with the great many eating establish around Ban Pong. Not only does she take us to the best shops and food stalls, she knows the histsory and related families of each. Here is a family operation at the night market that creates a great “hoi tot” or mussels, eggs, beansprout omlette. Working hard here, they were able to send their 3 kids to school in England (but sadly, not to return yet).
