4th_Europe_Report -- Across the street is the ancient
multistoried mill which included a bakery in earlier times. It may date back to the 12th century and had three
water wheels. This was of particular interest to our son Patrick and
his "Nettowatt" project as there is potential for restoration still, but apparently it is tied up in local politics. There is a restaurant
"La
Cave du Moulin" in this old mill building which was doing a fine business the afternoon we left.
