3rd_Europe_Report -- One morning early we all went down to Namur's City Hall.  Patrick had taken the day off from work because he had an appointment to pick up his Belgian Citizenship card.  Yes, after 8 years in the works, he is now an official EU & Belgian citizen (in addition to maintaining his US citizenship).  Time to celebrate!
