The photos on these 2 pages of "homesteadpics" were taken in 2005 as we cleaned up our mountain place in preparation for sale. The kids were grown and moved on to other phases of their lives - Peg and Keith had settled in their small home on the Mad River - it was now time to find new owners to care for this magical place on the planet.
